All TickQuest software products available on this website have trial or demo versions available. Before you place your order to purchase a product from us, please download the trial or demo version to see if our products meet your needs.

We do not provide refunds on orders. All sales are final.

Purchase Online

When you place your order, the secure ordering pages are hosted by our online purchase partners PayPal and/or Kagi.

Both companies are payment processing services that handles credit cards, checks and various other kinds of payment for TickQuest. When you are in their respective secure ordering pages, choose the product you like to purchase with any applicable taxes. Then follow the online instruction on the page to fill in the information required for processing your order.

Purchase Offline

If you prefer to pay off-line, we can arrange direct processing of your credit card (Visa or Mastercard), wire transfer, or other methods such as Western Union. Please contact sales@tickquest.com for more information.

Local Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable local taxes.

Subscription Cancellation

You are responsible for notifying TickQuest Inc. to cancel your subscription. There will be no partial refund.

Online Order Placement Security

TickQuest does not handle your payment directly. PayPal and Kagi handle the payment processing for us. PayPal and Kagi have excellent reputations for their security. Contact the company directly for more information.
