Looking for help?
A good starting point will be the Help file coming with your product installation. To access the help file, you can start the application (e.g. NeoTicker) and then click on the Help menu in the program window. That will give you a list of available help topics to choose from. Look up the ones that fit your situation. For example, it is your first time trying out NeoTicker, then pick the New User Tutorials.
Next in line are the Online Tutorials and FAQs. Check out the available tutorials to see if you want to learn in depth on a particular topic. The FAQs may have an answer to a question that was asked by someone else, and is now available for immediate access.

Sign up with our NeoTicker® Forum. It is one of the quickest ways to resolve an issue. Post your questions there and our support staff will be able to assist you. Many users of our products also post in the forum. You may be able to make some new friends there.
