I lost my license key

    Email support@tickquest.com with at least some of your user information (i.e. user id, email address used for the registration, hardware key id, etc.). Our support staff can then search our record to resolve your issue.

I forgot my customer area user id/password

    Email support@tickquest.com with at least some of your user information (i.e. user id, email address used for the registration, hardware key id, etc.). Our support staff will reply quickly with your customer area id and password.

I forgot my support forum id/password

    NeoTicker Forum has its own password recovery system. Click here and follow the instruction.

How to reactivate my NeoTicker Lease license?

    If you still have the hardware key, it is a simple two step process. 1. Arrange payment thru Paypal or contact sales@tickquest.com if you wanted to pay directly with Visa or Master Card with us. 2. Send your hardware key id and/or other information to us for locating your record, we can then activate your license remotely.
    If you have lost your hardware key, you need to sign up for a new lease here.
